We need at least 30 days notice if our guests need to shorten their stay with us. We are very flexible and we take the first night room and tax as a deposit. The first month/week is due 14 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to charge the guests credit card for any damages outside of normal wear and tear on the unit.

Description

The Mountain View Oasis lives up to its name featuring spectacular views of the Pine Valley mountain range. Your group will enjoy the sunset on the rooftop balcony in the private hot tub while basking in the glow of the custom fire pit. You will enjoy the same view from every bedroom. The front balcony features additional seating if you would like some quiet time or like to sit out and watch the sunrise. Our home only steps away from the pool, hot tub, splash pad, and pickle ball court.

There is the same square footage as the 5 or 6 bedroom units, but with more space or elbow room dedicated to all living areas. The Master Suite is on the main floor with a king bed and has a full bathroom with double vanity, large closet, and a walk-in shower. The second floor has a spacious Great Room, 2nd master king suite, queen suite with 2 queen beds and a bunk room. Both suites have private bathrooms. The bunk room is a kids paradise and features 2 triple bunk beds along with 2 versa mats. 2 pack n plays are provided for the smallest of travelers. There is an additional full bathroom across from the bunk room. Children can separate themselves in the upstairs great room while the adults can visit in the main floor living room.

Our home features even the smallest details. Your group will enjoy the 4 person air hockey table, board games and puzzles throughout the home. You will enjoy the soft water when bathing or showering. Tap water in the St George area is not very tasty, but no need to bring bottled water as there is a reverse osmosis filtered water system with a water dispenser at the kitchen sink. The water to the ice maker is filtered as well. Don't forget the DVD's, as there are 2 Blu-ray players. Internet, cable tv and Netflix are provided for viewing on the big screen Sony tv’s. Completing the main floor are a laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bath.  If you plan on dining in for the evening you will enjoy the well thought out gourmet kitchen, There is plenty of seating and dinnerware for everyone. A Weber gas BBQ grill is also provided.

This great location is only 4 miles from Quail Creek Reservoir and 7 miles to Sand Hollow Reservoir. Boaters or those with atv trailers will love the extra long parking spots directly across from the condo. The Coral Springs golf course clubhouse is 2 blocks away. Only 35 minutes to Zions National Park as well as 35 minutes away from Cedar City for summer games and the Shakespeare festival. A short hop to Tuacahn. Close to everything in the St. George area.
