Great backyard with custom decks, gas BBQ and seating areas perfect for entertaining. The home is in the historic Cheesman Park neighborhood and is a block from the Park. Safely walk to the Denver Botanical Gardens 2 blocks away, as well as walking distance to coffee, restaurants and shops. Cherry Creek and 16th street mall are only 2 miles away for world class shopping and restaurants. To the east 2 miles away is City Park and the Denver Zoo. Also close to Denver’s Hospitals, Performimng Arts Center, sports venues and walking distance to great bike and running paths. This is our family home and my mom passed it down to my brother and I. We wanted to share it with others to enjoy as your home away from home.
