About the 2 bathrooms:
One full bathroom on each level. They are exactly the same with a tub and shower.
One covered parking space included which is amazing when it snows. Plenty of street parking, which is not always common in Denver.
About the kitchen:
Recently remodeled! Open kitchen design. Gorgeous quartz counter tops and a huge sink. The basics are here for you – plates, knives, silverware, pots and pans. Dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal included. If there is something specific you need which is a make or break for you…let’s discuss.

The basics are covered very stylishly! All the decorative aspects in the photos may not be included, but the mid-mod sofa, dresser, 2 queen beds will be here waiting for you. If there is something you require which you are not sure is here, let us know and we will consider adding it just for you!

About the neighborhood:
River North aka RiNo is Denver’s hottest neighborhood. We have loved living here. It’s super walkable to some of Denver’s nicest restaurants and a plethora of quick gourmet options. Many of the best breweries and creative cocktail lounges are in RiNo. Lots of bike lanes. Quick walk or drive to multiple grocery stores. RiNo is known for art galleries and they are all open every first Friday of the month. Many of the best new restaurants coming to Denver are choosing to open in RiNo. There is always something hot and new to explore and it makes living here very fun. Safe to walk around, even at night.
About the location:
Conveniently located close to the intersection of Denver’s two major interstates – 25 and 70. You can walk, bike or train to downtown. Walk 3 blocks to the light rail station which takes you to DIA airport.

About the owner:
We have lived in this awesome condo in this super cool neighborhood for 4 years. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. We are not moving out of Denver, so can be available if you need anything.
