Our fully furnished, inviting, centrally-located, quiet and well-appointed home is a perfect blend of modern convenience and unique decor sure to make you feel right at home.
Full of sunshine and freshly renovated, you’ll enjoy new stainless steel appliances-including a 5 burner gas range, original hardwood floors, ample outdoor space, eat-in fully stocked kitchen, a sitting/office/reading/cocktail lounge area, additional dining area off the living room and back patio, ample laundry room with ironing board, games, smart streaming TV, bikes and three comfy queen beds to boot.
Our space includes 3 separate bedrooms, one of which is smaller than the other two. Each room has easy access to the spacious bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own desk. Another bedroom could be converted into an office if needed. There is also plenty of room in the basement for storage.
Enjoy the amazing Colorado weather in the backyard & on our 2 covered patios. The large back patio has an oversized couch and a dining table, so that you can enjoy your meals al fresco. There is also a gazebo on a cement pad in the backyard, complete with a swinging bench.
Our evaporative cooler and full house fan coupled with ceiling fans in every room work wonders in Colorado’s dry summer weather. In addition, we have a brand new high-efficiency furnace to keep you comfortable in winter months.
Whether you are looking for a quiet retreat or a place to play, our place is ideal for a variety of different travelers- couples, groups, families and business travelers alike.
We are in West Denver/Edgewater, 8 blocks west of Sloan’s Lake, in a quaint neighborhood setting. Sloan’s Lake offers a beautiful walking/biking/running trail, dock as well as parks and dining areas. Edgewater offers a good mix of restaurants, parks/playground, a library, grocery stores, bars and coffee shops and even a Kombucha bar and restaurant, all of which are a short walk or bike ride away (we have 4 bikes you are welcome to use). Edgewater is also close to the hip neighborhoods in Denver including: Downtown Denver, Tennyson, Highlands, LoHi, LoDo and Union Station. It’s also an easy drive to catch I -70 straight to the mountains and a short drive to Red Rocks. We love our place because it's centrally located- our urban oasis.
If you are coming with kids, we have everything you need (toys, high chairs, pack-n-play, crib, bike trailer, stroller, and more upon request).
