Centrally located by City Park, you will have quick access to Downtown, Cherry Creek, Aurora, and most of the Denver area with or without using the interstates. Grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance.

Beyond the living room, there is a small theater space downstairs good for lounging and watching movies. The theater space has a wet bar for making cocktails, chilling wine, and serving snacks. There is a covered patio outside that is great for entertaining and can be illuminated at night by draped Edison lighting and a fire pit.
