The apartment includes a few of life's small essentials such as Frette linens, a down comforter, soft and firm pillows and crystal wine glasses. There will be flowers from the garden in summer. It is decorated with mid-century travel posters, and a mix of vintage and new furniture.

For stays over 30 days, a weekly Tuesday cleaning by 5280 House Cleaning is included in the monthly fee.
