Guests can access the house through the front door on the deck. There is a dedicated tandem parking space in the driveway on the side of the house. Located on the back of the property is a second apartment, occupied by full-time tenants. It has its own walkway and entrance from the back.

Other things to note:
*Please note there are security cameras on the outside entrance.
*Even though there is a hot tub pictured in the backyard, it has not been used in a long time and we are working on getting it in working order so we have NOT listed it as an amenity
*The side of the front patio is blocked off since the deck has lost some boards, please do not attempt to enter that part of the deck for safety reasons
*Driveway is narrow and can fit two compact cars, or one larger car. Very large vehicles might not fit.
