Rental Rate Options (USD)
30 day minimum rental that includes utilities, internet, streaming, and boat access for $7800. Any days after 30 days will be pro-rated. If more than 60 days, a discount will be provided of 10%. There will be a $500 cleaning charge and $500 deposit for dogs under 30lbs. Half deposit for pets dogs will be non-refundable and used for cleaning. Before each rental, a professional cleaning service will provide deep cleaning and sanitization.
